Download Fairness Coalition Praises House Judiciary Committee for Reporting H.R. 1643, the Digital Goods & Services Tax Fairness Act, to the Full House for Consideration
Urges House Leadership to Set Time for Consideration Without Delay
WASHINGTON, June 17, 2015 – Today, the House Judiciary Committee marked up several state tax-focused bills, including H.R. 1643, the Digital Goods & Services Tax Fairness Act. Following its conclusion, Sam Whitehorn, Executive Director of the Download Fairness Coalition, released the following statement:
